Standard shipping may take approximately 5–7 business days, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
For customers who prefer faster delivery, we also offer a Prime Shipping option for an additional fee. With Prime Shipping, your order is prioritized and delivered more quickly while still being securely packaged and handled with the utmost care to guarantee the best possible shopping experience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wanjeon Lab, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective. To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team and provide clear photos and videos showing the issue with the product. This information must be sent to our support email for review.
Once the damage is confirmed by our team, we will gladly proceed with the return or exchange process to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
